Ms. Alloyia Sims, SHRM-CP, Level II Admin, BS Human Resource Management

Executive Director

Hello! My name is Alloyia Sims. I began my career as a Human Resources professional. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Union University and I hold a certificate from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). I have worked in the retail, healthcare, senior living, and education industries. I have always been passionate about Early Childhood Education. When my mother and sister asked me to be the Executive Director of EnrichKids Academy, I was excited about the opportunity. I have a 16 year old son, Bryan, and a 4 year old daughter, Kari. I understand the importance of cognitive, mental, emotional, and physical growth at an early age. At EnrichKids Academy your child will learn about themselves and the world. I will reinforce the importance of family interaction. We recognize that each child is an individual and will develop lessons and activities that will interest and develop every child. I will coach and mentor my team and our teachers will always give their best. Your child will flourish, and we are all one big family at EnrichKids Academy!

Ms. Charlotte Sims, Level III Admin & NCECC Credential, BA Special Education

Hello! My name is Charlotte Sims. I am a mother of two beautiful and brilliant girls! I love Mexican food and the color red. I graduated from Norfolk State University in Virginia with a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in Special Education. I have my Early Childhood Education credentials and my Level III Administrator certificate. I have been in childcare for 13 years taking on roles in a variety of positions from Lead Teacher to Assistant Director. I will continue to grow at EnrichKids Academy. My specialty is School Age children. I won the “Emerging Afterschool Champion” award from NCCAP of North Carolina in 2021. I have always wanted to teach in a loving and inspiring environment. I have found that here! I am very excited to be your child’s teacher and have so much planned for the upcoming year. I can’t wait to meet you and your child!

Hello! My name is Lakisha Crews. I graduated from Forsyth Technical Community College with my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also walked with many other certificates at Forsyth Tech. I have been a preschool teacher since 2018 and I love every part of it. I am so excited to work with each child and their families and build relationships. I want to watch each child grow and succeed. I am a loving, welcoming, fun, energetic, caring, nurturing person and teacher.

Hello! I am Mrs. Debbie. I like reading and shopping. I have been in child care for over thirty years. I was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I love working with kids. I looked after my nephews when I was younger. I knew early on that working in child care was what I wanted to do. I enjoy watching each child grow, learn new things, and reach milestones. I have Early Childhood Credentials I and II. I am looking forward to working with your child!

Hi! My name is Christine. I have been in childcare for 5 years. I love to work with kids! I am so excited to be working with each classroom at EnrichKids Academy. I will have the opportunity to work with all ages! I look forward to encouraging each child to do and be their best! EnrichKids Academy has a family oriented childcare environment. I will help each child thrive and reach his/her highest potential. My goal is to help each child flourish in every way!
